Tourism Policy and Development: a 3rd year course that explores the links between tourism, economic and regional development and issues in international development.

Foundations of Scholarship for Tourism: An MA course that mixes personal and professional development with an overview of contemporary theoretical and research perspectives on tourism management.

Dissertation supervision: I supervise dissertations for undergraduate and postgraduate students in tourism and events management
